Jessica is a practical, creative professional in urban planning and policy. She has a passion for communicating across teams to problem-solve and investigate. Her work is grounded in research, stakeholder engagement, and attention to implementation.

She is a Citywide Facilities Planner at NYC Parks, with experience in capital planning and building operations. She continues to support New America on writings related to civic infrastructure. She has worked for the City of Philadelphia through AmeriCorps, the New York Transit Museum, and Wave Hill.

Jessica has a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard Graduate School of Design, a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hamilton College.

A Queens native, she enjoys water sports, biking, dancing, and quick bites to eat. Her values include culture, community, and authenticity.
